Verification reports

Before you begin

You need an access token and your partner id. See Authentication and first request.

Reports are available only for verifications owned by your partner. Every request requires X-Partner-Id.

Choose a report

Most AML/CTF records use an entity report plus an individual report for each verified party.

Report	Covers	Available when
Entity	Registry identity, party structure, outcomes and the request decision trail.	The `AUSTRAC_CDD` request has at least one party and is past `DRAFT`. In-progress requests produce a provisional report.
Individual	One person's identity documents, biometrics, checks and AML findings.	The individual has completed their checks.

Both endpoints store the rendered PDF, append an audit entry and return a temporary download URL. Reports use your logo and brand colour.

Field	Meaning
`url`	Presigned PDF URL that expires in 15 minutes.
`generatedAt`	Report generation timestamp.
`dataAsOf`	When the report's source data was read.
`cached`	`true` when an unchanged report was reused. The URL is always newly signed.

A change to the verification data or branding causes the next call to render a new PDF.

Entity report

The entity report is the customer-level record for the whole verification request.

Section	What to expect
Registry identity	Included when the request came from a business lookup. Manually created requests state that register data is not available.
Party names	Included for registry-derived structures. For manually supplied parties, use `externalId` to match your records.
Party outcomes	Role and verification outcome for every party.
Decision trail	Business events for the request. Security events remain in Admiin's internal audit trail.
Organisation screening	Normally shown as not performed. A business lookup does not screen the organisation itself.
AML match decisions	Not currently included. Their absence does not mean there were no matches.

Individual report

Generate one report for each verified party. It contains the identity document, biometric comparison, completed checks and PEP and sanctions findings for that person.

The individual must have completed checks. Earlier states return 409 REPORT_NOT_AVAILABLE. The report shows the screening provider's findings even when your workflow applied a manual override.

Handle report data

Both PDFs contain personal information. Download the report before the URL expires and store it under your privacy, retention and access controls.

The URL is bearer material while active. Do not place it in an email or support ticket.
